Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of analysing your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.

Objection to the collection of data
If you do not want Google to receive data from your browser when you access the pages, you can find the link to the opt-out solution for Google Analytics here: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. This plug-in prevents the browser from requesting the Analytics code so that Google does not receive any data when the page is accessed. According to Google, the browser blocks the Google Analytics script after installation. You can find more information on terms of use and data protection at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

Retention period
We have used the Google Analytics data retention controls to determine how long data is stored at user and event level before it is automatically deleted from the Analytics servers. We have selected the following retention period:
IP anonymization
We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat.anonymizeIp" in order to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA.
Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics
This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and from visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the display settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Objection to data collection".
Google Remarketing
This website uses Google Remarketing technology. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as Google). This is a retargeting technology that enables us to address visitors to our website again through targeted advertising on the websites of the Google advertising network. The advertising is displayed through the use of so-called cookies. For this purpose, cookies are placed on your computer, with the help of which third-party providers, including Google, record which of our websites have been visited with your browser. With the help of this information, our advertisements can then be presented to you at a later time on other websites, e.g. as part of the Google search or on websites of the Google network. Further information on data protection at Google and how remarketing works can be found at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was redirected to our site. Each Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Ads customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can find more information on terms of use and data protection at: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

The Google Tool Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, it will remain in place for all tracking tags if they are implemented with Google Tag Manager. Data transmission
Internal data transfer
We transfer your data internally to the administration. Your data will only be transferred or disclosed to the extent necessary for this purpose in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations.
Transmission to other recipients
We inform you that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Sometimes it may be necessary for a contract to be concluded for a data subject to provide us with personal data that must subsequently be processed by us. For example, the data subject is obliged to provide us with personal data if our company concludes a contract with them. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded.
If the processing of your data takes place outside the EEA, this transfer takes place in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and in particular in accordance with Art. 44 f. DSGVO.
Transmission to an international organization
We also transfer your data to an international organization. This transfer also takes place in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and in particular in accordance with Art. 44 f. DSGVO take place.
Or:
Data will not be transferred to an international organization.
Transfer to a third country
We transfer your data to countries outside the EEA (so-called third countries). This is done for the purposes mentioned above (transfer throughout the Group and transfer to other recipients). The transfer only takes place to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations or on the basis of your consent. In addition, this transfer takes place in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and in particular in accordance with Art. 44 f. DSGVO takes place. In particular, either on the basis of adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission or on the basis of certain guarantees (e.g. standard data protection clauses, etc.).
Or:
Data is not transferred to a third country. Existence of automated decision-making including profiling We process your data partially automatically with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects (profiling). We use profiling in the following cases:
Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to combat money laundering and fraud. In this context, data evaluations are also carried out (e.g. in payment transactions). These measures also serve to protect you.
We use evaluation tools to provide you with targeted information and advice on products. These enable needs-based communication and advertising, including market and opinion research.
We use scoring to assess your creditworthiness. This involves calculating the probability that a customer will meet their payment obligations in accordance with the contract. The calculation may include, for example, income, expenditure, existing liabilities, occupation, length of employment, experience from the previous business relationship, contractual repayment of previous loans and information from credit agencies. The scoring is based on a mathematically statistically recognized and proven procedure. The calculated score values help us to make decisions and are included in ongoing risk management.
Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her, or similarly significantly affects him or her, as long as the decision (1) is not necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the controller, or (2) is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject's rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or (3) with the express consent of the data subject.
Or:
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Storage period
We generally store your data for as long as this is necessary to provide our service or if this has been provided for by the European legislator or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject. In all other cases, we delete your personal data after the purpose has been fulfilled, with the exception of data that we must continue to store in order to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. we are obliged to retain documents such as contracts and invoices for a certain period of time due to retention periods under tax and commercial law).
Technical security
Moritz Kaiser uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your data managed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Legal basis of the processing
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we have obtained consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations necessary for the supply of goods or the provision of any other service or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries about our products or services.
